What is the warranty period for your commercial deck ovens?

We provide a 12-month warranty for all SamBake equipment, including our professional commercial deck ovens. This warranty is our commitment to your investment, ensuring your equipment's reliability in daily operations.
This warranty is not applicable to damage caused by the following:
Unauthorized Modifications or Repairs: Any alterations, modifications, or repairs performed on the equipment by unauthorized personnel or without the prior written consent and supervision of a SamBake representative will immediately void this warranty. This includes but is not limited to, the installation of third-party components or any attempts to service the product's internal mechanisms without our approval.
Improper Use and Negligence: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, or operation of the equipment in a manner inconsistent with the instructions outlined in the official SamBake owner's manual. We are not responsible for any personal injury or property loss caused by user negligence, including failure to perform regular maintenance, using the equipment for unintended purposes, or operating it in unsafe conditions.
External Factors and Force Majeure: Damage caused by external events, including natural disasters or acts of God such as lightning strikes, floods, or fires, is not covered. Similarly, electrical failures resulting from abnormal voltage, power surges, or fluctuations outside of the product's specified operating range are also excluded.
Incompatible Parts and Accessories: The use of spare parts, accessories, or consumables (e.g., cleaning agents) that are not genuine SamBake-certified components will void this warranty. Using unapproved parts can lead to equipment malfunction and potential safety hazards.
Consumable and Wear-and-Tear Items: Certain components that are subject to normal wear and tear are not covered under this warranty. This includes, but is not limited to, light tubes, glass, fuses, and heating elements. These items are considered consumables and may require replacement over the product's lifespan.
